Child Pricing Policy

  • Infants (Below 2 Years):
    Free of charge (FOC), except for applicable domestic airfare.
  • Children (2 – 10 Years):
    • Without Bed: 50% discount on the total tour cost.
    • With Extra Bed: 25% discount on the total tour cost.
    • Twin Sharing with an Adult: 10% discount on the total tour cost.

Note: The child’s age is calculated based on their age at the time of travel.


Cancellation Policy

  • More than 45 Days Before Departure:
    No cancellation charges.
  • Within 45 Days Before Departure:
    30% of the total tour cost will be charged.
  • Within 35 Days Before Departure:
    50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
  • Within 15 Days Before Departure:
    75% of the total tour cost will be charged.
  • Within 7 Days of Departure or No Show:
    100% of the total tour cost will be charged.

Important: Hotel and luxury cruise cancellations are subject to their own terms and conditions, and we will apply those charges accordingly.


Refund Policy

  • Eligibility: Refunds are processed only for bookings cancelled in accordance with the above cancellation policy. Non-refundable deposits or third-party charges (e.g. visa fees, processing fees, taxes) are not eligible for refund.
  • Refund Processing Time:
    Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. The amount will be credited to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
  • Partial Refunds: In cases where partial services were used, or discounts applied, only the unused and eligible portion of the payment will be refunded.

Additional Notes

  • Non-Refundable Items:
    • Visa fees (if applicable)
    • Travel insurance
    • Booking fees
    • Deposits marked as non-refundable at the time of booking
  • Force Majeure: No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, political unrest, or global health emergencies), unless stated otherwise by the service providers.
